This is one of the balloon's panels (one of six). It has a rounded side rod and a straight side rod. The cross rod in the middle goes to the inside of the completed balloon.

(3) Insert the rounded side rod into the top hole, next row clockwise.
As the picture to the left shows, continue inserting the straight rod into the bottom hole, rounded rod, top hole. Continue bottom, top, bottom, top until complete. After balloon is completed, pull material on each panel down. This will create tension to keep the rods in place,
(4) At right is a completed spin balloon. Hang it anywhere it can hang down and not hit, or rub against anything.
